I have a new mini project. A site for the insulin pump group that Christina and I go to every Month. Orlando Pumpers is meant to be a site for diabetes insulin pump patients and support groups in the Central Florida area.
One thing I always want is some way to reconnect to what we talk about at the meetings. Also I find stuff through out the month and have no where to go with it. Email groups are a pain. I never read the email and end up missing anything I would have gotten. Notes, well I lose them by the time I get to the car if I even remember to take them.
Also, I thought it would also be a way to connect with any other groups in the area. Cast a wider net and make for a larger community. New patients would have an active resource to find groups or info for the area rather than digging through the junk on the web.
This has been taking up a bit of time the past week. I have been uploading more pics and movies. Check out my Flickr and Revver for this stuff. I will post more later.
