Trading ground for the overly hip Obama lovers in the world (article actually from wired.com

“That’s interesting. I hadn’t heard that.”, That quote sums up the entire Bush presidency

apparently it bombed the other night. I am going to spend copius amounts of time in front of the computer checking it out. I like the idea but seems too attached to typical marketing (see kentnichols.com)

I have seen the Youtube video mentioned and its is an amazing insight to the autistic world. New thoughts on Autism make for new views on our own intelligence and what we take as normal

This is so absolutely fucked up. Not that nature is alive and well and doing what it is supposed to, but the very thought of having to wath fido be swallowed as a child is got to need therapy later

Excellent and indepth take on the attraction and policies of Obama versus the old tales of Clinton. Gives a hint at the quiet depth of Obama’s possible actions as prez (via alexrudloff.com)

For those that find themselves in the midst of a Youtube blockade, by way of firewall or the filters like I have at school, this is a damn nifty tool. Plug in the url and your email (I know, wating on the spam) and they send you the ripped movie

The O-Town version of Yelp. Real people, real reviews or something like that. I really didn’t check for any mojo or insight.
Christina took her bike out and rode a bit for raising a money for the American Diabetes Association. Part of our support group friends, Earle namely, headed out from Christmas for a quick ride (22 miles) Sunday morning. She did great considering she decided to ride one week before and having never ridden a long distance before. Luckily, Kathleen and Greg decided to drag themselves out way too early in the morning and gave Sam and I some company. Thanks for the ride too.
It was a misty, miserable looking morning but there was a big turnout, almost 600 riders. Christina missed getting her red jersey, the one for riders with diabetes, by a day (a donation came in too late). Earle got some face time on Fox 35. I hope to rip that and Youtube in soon. It was crazy the numbers of those heading out for the longer rides: 50, 70 and 101 miles. The big turnout netted almost $200,000 in donations for the ADA.
Overall, Christina had a great time and the team met their goal and them some. Even though it is over it still isn’t too late to give a little to a great cause.
Congrats to Team Earle Orlando Pumpers.
Enjoy the photos from the day.

Update
* Oops, I used the share feature in Youtube and then when to bed. Didn’t check to see if it worked. And of course, the Youtube is blocked at work. Thanks Brian for a link, might be it but I am Youtube blind right now. Will fix this afternoon.
**Now watch it, thanks Bryan
“Not sure who designed this, but I’m pretty confident they didn’t mean to make it look as if Jesus was showing his manhood to two children!”

Putting the web on the desktop seems to be the opposite of web 2.0, or maybe it is the desktop 2.0, or maybe it is just more stuff for an overcrowded HD. Either way this is nifty for del.icio.us powerusers

Crazy cool site. Yongfook calls it life cast. Brilliant and immediately engaging. Essentially links to snippets from every direction he comes through the intertubes. Mashed up his own stuff

Jay does videos. They are cool. I like them. You will too.
Zombies suck. And luckily I found a site that will make sure you can deal the suckage. Zombiesarecoming.com has some funny stuff. It is jam packed with terrific Zombie tutorials such as: Five Things to Consider When Preparing Your Zombie Defense Base, The 8 Worst Places To Be When A Zombie Outbreak Occurs and How To Survive A Zombie Apocalypse (which I totally jacked the funny video below from).
