This American Life teamed up with NPR News to give a crazily in-depth and easy explanation of how and why we ended up with this crapped up housing situation (aka foreclosure hell). Told in great narrative stylings of TAL, it goes from the bottom guppy (schmuck with bad loan) to the money god’s at the top (hence the Big Pool of Money title).
