Pickens Plan

T. Boone Pickens has made a fortune on oil. But now he has a plan to get us off Texas Tea. He has a plan. It may not be perfect. There are a lot of parts that irk, confuse and disgruntle people. But it is the type of conversation we should have been having for ten years now [arguably longer too]. Out of the stuff that used to be “green” territory or lefty, environmental crap, rises good, old fashioned American innovation and money applied to a problem. There has long been the call for the Manhattan Project for the 21st century, the Pickens Plan is the start of that call.
