It is for cold weather and is climate controlled to keep from having to over clothe the kid. Not really the hamster thing it looks like. Mills50 [ mills50.org ] is the local business district at the intersection of, yeah, Mills and 50. Go figure. It is a nifty little capsule of some the gems of Orlando. The Vietnamese joints, great venues and bars, local food fair and a smattering of great small, local shops dishing out cameras, bikes and boxing.
