John Riley Welch sounds good to me, however, this is only a suggestion for Bucket of course. It reminded of John Wesley Welch which I liked also very much. Plus, I am still attracted to Sam as a possibilty as well. Oh well, this name business is fun.
Ok - I will throw my option in. How about Winston Churchill Welch. Has a nice British and political tone. HAHA!
